Donation Form

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all donations made to Real Health Uganda (RHU), whether online or offline. By making a donation to RHU, you agree to these Terms.

1. Donation Processing:
   1. Online Donations: Online donations can be made through RHU's official website using PayPal or other designated payment gateways.
   2. Offline Donations: Offline donations can be made via bank transfer or in-person contributions to RHU's designated representatives.

2. Donation Acknowledgment:
   1. RHU will issue a receipt or acknowledgment for all donations made, specifying the amount and date of the donation.
   2. For online donations, a confirmation email will be sent to the donor's provided email address.

3. Donation Utilization:
   1. Donations made to RHU will be used for the purposes specified, including but not limited to healthcare initiatives, medical camps, essential medicines, and operational expenses.
   2. RHU reserves the right to allocate donations based on its discretion and priorities to maximize impact.

4. Tax Deductibility:
   1. RHU is a non-profit and tax-exempted under the law however, some donations made to RHU may be tax-deductible as per applicable laws and regulations. Donors should consult with their tax advisors regarding tax benefits.

5. Donor Information:
   1. Donors providing personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information consent to RHU storing and processing this information securely.
   2. RHU respects donor privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law.

6. Refunds and Cancellations:
   1. RHU does not typically offer refunds for donations except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions.
   2. Donors seeking refunds or cancellations must contact RHU's support team with appropriate details and proof of payment.

7. Accountability and Transparency:
   1. RHU is committed to maintaining transparency in its financial operations and will provide periodic reports or updates to donors on fund utilization and project outcomes.
   2. Donors are encouraged to stay informed about RHU's activities and impact through official communications and reports.

8. Dispute Resolution:
   1. Any disputes or concerns regarding donations should be addressed to RHU's designated contact person or support team for resolution. Send an email to DGS@realhealthuganda.org or realhealthuganda@gmail.com.
   2. RHU will strive to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner, prioritizing donor satisfaction and trust.

9. Amendment of Terms:
   1. RHU reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at its discretion. Donors will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms.

10. Governing Law:
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda.

By donating to Real Health Uganda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your support is greatly appreciated and contributes to RHU's mission of improving healthcare access and outcomes in Uganda.
