About EmeRS®
The Electronic monitoring and evaluation Records System is designed to manage Patient records and support our Quality Assurance team to monitor how patients are receiving care and support. It is an independent system that also supports patients to track their support and recovery process.
ACCESS
For patients to access this system, they will need to register and provide their patient numbers. If a patient has already filled a wellness assessment form, they already have an assigned key to this system. Talk to your care provider for directions to access your records on the system.
