Objective

The objective of the Healthcare Workforce Strengthening Policy Reform is to enhance the capacity of the healthcare workforce within Real Health Uganda’s network to provide high-quality care. This policy reform aims to address workforce shortages, improve training standards, and elevate patient care through comprehensive and targeted workforce development initiatives.

Current Status

The Healthcare Workforce Strengthening Policy Reform has been successfully implemented within Real Health Uganda’s facilities. The reform has focused on training and certifying healthcare workers, enhancing their skills in advanced medical practices, and improving overall patient care standards.
